While it is true that we do often grow the most in those times. The story about his wife and the 9/11 story. Just finished watching it.Honestly I found it a bit depressing at time. I personally at this point in my life prefer to grow thought enlightenment, contemplation and meditation. Some good principals, but it's not a movie that I would watch over and over again like the secret or what the Bleep. While they were meant to be show you how to see the good in all things. I would rather not focus on other people tragedies or have the belief that you have to have pain or suffering to grow. Wish I could have rented it instead.Personally I buy these things to watch for inspiration and motivation and did not get much of either from this film. But I have to say the production quality was good and I liked to appearances by many of the speakers. Especially Neal Donald Walsch and Michael Beckwith
I was blown away by The Moses Code. Found it even more compelling that The Secret.
I believe the message is false. It is another claim to utopia. Truth is already written. It is the lies that have covered it, just remove them and you shall find the TRUTH.
I loved the conversations with all the amazing spiritual leaders and how simple things really are when you take the time to look. A wonderful Movie. What was missing in The Secret was available in this movie. This is a enlightening, transformational film that is fun to watch. I highly recommend this movie.
Debbie Ford, Michael Beckwith and Ilanya VanSant stood out among the speakers with their clarity of concept and depth of message. Filmmaker Miki Willis took a seat in front of the camera to share a deeply moving account of his personal experience at the 9/11 ground zero, and in doing so imbued the movie with heart.
Maybe that's because most of them tend not to engage me on a level deeper than the mind. I can honestly say that I was inspired and moved by watching this movie.
I'm not generally a fan of 'talking head' movies, where various experts spout information and wisdom. That spiritual laws are available to each of us, and that we have a higher calling than just to use them for personal gain.
The collection of experts for the most part did a great job of communicating the message. What is the message.
James Twyman also contributed an emotional moment with his sharing of a profound loss. It's hard to capture the essence of this type of movie in a review, so I recommend that you simply check it out for yourself.
